Head Of Product

Responsibilities:

• Define and articulate a clear product vision aligned with the company’s long-term goals and all stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and strategic vision for the Product team, inspiring them to continuously improve.
• Lead the development of the overall product roadmap, working closely with product owners to ensure that the roadmap and priorities are delivering the most value to users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, commercial, operations, risk and compliance to ensure seamless feature launches with adherence to deadlines.
• Drive the adoption of industry-leading technologies and best practices to enhance the capability, efficiency and effectiveness of the product development squads.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance and user engagement.
• Analyze app user data to identify a prioritized list of improvements and iterate on the product based on user feedback.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including the senior management team, sales teams and key partners.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in product management within the financial technology (fintech) or investment services industry.
• Proven track record of leading the development and launching of successful financial or investment related products.
• Deep understanding of investment principles, financial markets, and regulatory landscape.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using and collating disparate data to make informed product decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Passion for user experience (UX) design with a commitment to understanding user needs and building intuitive and user-friendly products.
• Inspirational leadership style with a focus on innovation while striking the right balance between giving freedom to explore and getting things done for sustainable long-term growth.

Preferred qualifications:

• Strong technical background in software development, architecture or data science.
• Extensive experience and passion in investing of any kind.
• Have financial and/or investment certifications.
