Head of Investment Relation – True Money

Description

• Establish and prepare monthly reports and presentations for relevant stakeholders such as shareholders and board of directors.
• Establish and maintain company financial model 
• Deal/communicate/maintain relationship with investors, banks and shareholders on regular basis
• Present company introduction, development, update, or roadshow materials to stakeholders
• Participate in banks’ conferences to advertise or introduce Ascend Money to investors
• Responsible for tracking relevant news in the industry and identify areas of risks/opportunities, coordinate with related parties for action plan
• Coordinate/lead a fundraising opportunity projects such as debt, bond issuance, equity raising, any securities, or IPO. Lead coordinate with bankers, lawyers, advisors in the deal. 
• Prepare the management discussion and analysis (MD&A) quarterly
• Liaison with other departments to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual report 
• Manage the assigned investment projects, including preparing a feasibility study, developing the financial model and valuation report to support the management’s decision-making for project investment, including Merger & Acquisition (M&A)
• Performed ad hoc reports / analysis on request

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance / Accounting / Economics or related field
• 10+ years experience in relevant areas such as investment banking, investor relations, or financial planning and analysis. Investment banking experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical capabilities including financial modeling and analysis
• Strong financial strategy and way of communications
• Great interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in Thai and English 
• Strong computer literate in MS office (especially Excel and Powerpoint)
• Passion in technology industry and fin tech
• Positive attitude, responsible, forward thinking, committed to meet deadlines, strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to work flexibly
