Expand the company's air and ocean freight business/services following the sales strategy, with a particular focus on strategic trade lanes.
Act as the primary sales contact for designated customers.
Identify, develop, and qualify leads, converting them through the sales process into prospects and customers.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet agreed growth targets.
Manage customer interactions, including relationship building, customer calls, and closing deals.
Increase the company's revenue, market share, and profitability, while professionally representing the company at all levels, including customer presentations and industry events, and documenting sales activities using the Global Sales Platform.
What you'll need to succeed:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the freight forwarding industry.
Language Skills: Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Interpersonal Skills: Possess a pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain business relationships with networks, customers, and coworkers at all levels.
