Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

This is a business and sales development role. The successful candidate is responsible for meeting the KPIs of growing our business in Thailand. Detailed job descriptions and responsibilities shall be discussed with successful candidates. This role reports directly to The Managing Director of Private Wealth and Family Office in Singapore.

Requirements

• Mature individual who is a team player and able to work independently
• University graduate
• Able to read, write and communicate in English
• Assertiveness with a tactful, direct, and clear approach is necessary
• High level of integrity, professionalism and attention to details
• Dynamic and positive attitude, and keen to learn
• Preferably have working knowledge of wealth planning strategies, financial products, and solutions.
• Individuals with sales commercial thinking to assist business development and referral partners is an added value.
• Several years of experience in financial advisory, insurance sales, banking relationship management is preferred
