    Intro:

    • Start with a story, an interesting fact, or a personal/customer experience to capture the audience's attention.
    • Begin with a common customer pain or a relatable statistic to engage the audience.


    Message Summary:

    • Provide a concise and straightforward high-level vision of the pitch.
    • Clearly explain the purpose of the pitch.


    Agenda:

    • Outline the main points of the presentation.
    • Use three bullet points to indicate what the audience can expect to learn or discuss during the presentation.


    Body:

    Consists of three parts, each addressing a different pain point and offering a solution.

    1. Pain: Identify a customer problem or pain point.
    2. Solution: Present how your product or service solves the problem.
    3. Why: Explain why it's important to implement the solution now.


    Summary:

    • Summarize the main points covered in the body of the presentation.
    • Reiterate the agenda's main points to ensure the audience knows exactly what was discussed.


    Closing:

    • Close the presentation with a story, call to action, or a sense of urgency.
    • Offer the audience a chance to ask questions and address any objections


    This template simplifies the pitch process and ensures clarity and effectiveness. By filling in each section, you create a compelling and comprehensive pitch. Remember, if you can't put your whole presentation in this template, then you may need to simplify or rethink your content.
