Issue Resolution:
Investigate and address complex content issues, escalating and communicating findings to the broader Trust and Safety team.
Advocate for user safety and compliance with client policies.
Process Improvement:
Engage in initiatives to improve processes, enhancing the quality and efficiency of work.
Participate in continuous training and workgroup discussions to support role development.
Sensitive Topics:
Handle discussions around socially sensitive topics to ensure community safety.
Basic Qualifications/Skills Needed:

Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment: Strong dedication to maintaining quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Experience: Previous experience in business process outsourcing, customer service, or content moderation is advantageous.
