Supply Chain Department Manager – Uno

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Manage and monitor stock of chilled and fresh food at stores and DC to meet specified KPIs, ensuring optimal inventory levels and freshness.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable stock of chilled and fresh food items.
• Sales Analysis and Planning: Analyze sales trends and coordinate inventory plans to align with sales forecasts, promotions, and seasonal demands.
• Optimization of Opportunity Loss and Spoilage: Balance between minimizing opportunity loss and spoilage rates to maximize product freshness and profitability.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
• Capacity Planning: Balance inbound and outbound workload to maximize DC capacity and operational efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve sales targets effectively.
• Team Leadership: Coach and lead the chilled food team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and adherence to food safety standards.
• Core Value Creation: Establish and promote core values across departments to guide team behaviors and decision-making, fostering a cohesive organizational culture.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for departmental growth and operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain & Logistics or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, particularly in Retail or FMCG industries.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proven track record in creating effective solutions.
• Proficiency in analytical skills and data analysis techniques.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills:

• Work well under pressure, self-motivated, result-oriented, team player and strong service mind
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Knowledge of supply chain in Chilled and Fresh Food will be advantage
• Basic proficiency in English
