Handle daily operations for investment Unit linked after sales service
Interact with related departments i.e. Product, Finance Operations, IT etc.to develop and drive for projects and product implementation including process and service improvement
Support UAT Unit Link to POS department
Provide POS documents, workflow required for license submission
Design and create test conditions and scripts to address business cases and perform UAT based on requirements
Provide process and system training to Business user when Go-Live
Proactive solution including process improvement to resolve/prevent foresee problems
Perform other duties and special assignments as required
Skills & experience
At least 5-7 year’s work experience in insurance operations
Work experience for area of Underwriting, POS, Operation Development, Unit Linked related will be advantage
Broad knowledge of life insurance business
Good analytical and problem diagnostic skills
Good command of English is an advantage
Service-minded oriented, diligence and positive attitude
Able to work under pressure and responsibility
