Specialist - Product Development (Secured Loan Products)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Study market environment, business competition, and analysis HL&SPL portfolio to recommend strategies and forms business plan.
• Recommend the end-to-end process improvement to ensure the business continuity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with credit risk policy, appraisal, underwriter, sales, retail operation, collections and other BUs to ensure the most efficiency home loan end-to-end process, suitable credit policy and regulatory complied.
• Propose the new initiative that increase the business competitiveness.
• Design and develop tools to control and mitigate operation risk.
• Coach and motivate team members to improve his/her abilities and also promote team working to ensure accomplishing the corporate goals.
• Benchmark products in the market to find new business opportunities.
• Develop new products to fill in customer needs per each segment/ sub-segment while ensuring simple and fair-value to the customer.
• Identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements.
• Review Product Program and Operating Manual on annual basis.
• Prepare process to launch new campaigns and involve in process improvement for better customer experience.
• Ensure ongoing process improvement for "Simple and Easy” customer experiences.
• Understand ideal customer journey and the market landscape to develop well-designed products. Ensure the customer value proposition is incorporated with launching products.
• Propose action or initiate to enhance customer experience.
• Assess and review risk strategy , specification of the products.
• Ensure the new product is in line with BOT and Compliance rules.
• Recommend on bank wide Product Policy.
• Ensure the complaint handling process is in place, continued to be improved, and timely monitored.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or higher from related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experiences in secured loan product i.e. mortgage loan, cash-backed overdraft etc. or related banking business.
• Strong in analytical communication and/or negotiation skill.
• Competent in project management as well as process improvement.
• Good product knowledge in retail banking as well as related regulations and market practice.
• Occasionally required for market survey for potential new good real estate projects.
