End-to-End Program Management:
- Develop program management strategies using Salesforce.com and/or other CRM solution to track and report on program progress.
- Plan, coordinate, and direct the delivery of large, complex projects.
- Manage risks and issues to minimize scope, budget, and schedule impacts.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure Agile principles are adhered to across all program teams..
- Build strong relationships with functional leaders and business partners.
- Engage with senior leaders and escalate risks and issues appropriately.
Procurement, Budget Planning and Tracking:
- Facilitate annual budget planning.
- Manage program budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenditures, and implementing cost-control strategies.
- Provide administrative support along the contracting and procurement process.
Program Governance:
- Set up and implement program governance.
- Produce detailed program monitoring reports that provide insights into the status, timelines, milestones, and financial health of programs.
- Facilitate weekly/monthly program team meetings to accelerate execution.
- Communicate program release strategy, updates, and risks to management.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure program goals align with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Strategic Thinking:
- Identify root causes, develop business case justifications, and recommend prioritized solutions.
- Leverage data insights to propose project execution strategies.
- Mentor and support PMO staff in project management best practices and use of Salesforce.com.
- Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in preferably with consulting background of project management office for Salesforce.com
- Extensive experience in program management within a PMO.
- Extensive experience in planning and completing large transformation programs.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
- strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Cutting edge innovator who continually studies new technologies and functionality, and is involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies
- Strong potential to continue to grow in career to higher levels of Services or other positions at Salesforce
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile methodologies (CSM, SAFe) is desirable.
- Demonstrated capability in financial analysis and budget management.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Thai and English.
Certifications required:
- Salesforce certifications (Desired)
- Experience in Salesforce.com or large CRM transformation
- SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework): Leading SAFe, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), and SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (SAFe PO/PM) (Desired)
- PMP certification (Desired)
