Senior Business Development (Sponsorship)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the BD team to secure partnership or sponsorship deals, strategic to game teams' objectives to build a stronger gaming ecosystem, esports scene and community

• Develop and implement the business development strategy in alignment with the objectives

• Oversee end-to-end BD process from deal strategy, deal sourcing, deal negotiation, deal confirmation, deal execution and operations as well as post-analysis on the deal effectiveness

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders

• Work with various key parties including the game teams e.g. RoV, Free Fire, and FC Online, finance team, legal team to ensure smooth deal execution and operations
