Retail Area Manager

Responsibilities:

• Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
• Manage manpower plan & labor schedules
• Oversee inventory management and ensure that products are stocked in appropriate quantities
• Controlling product display and in-store media to follow company standards
• People management and developing to employees abilities and increasing sales target
• Develop and uplift the qualitative and service skills for sales advisor staffs
• Monitor and Follow-up company's standard for all stores as assignment
• Responsible for boutiques setup including refurbish, renovations, repair shop and any other related issues

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of Retail business experience
• Experience in handling retail stores operations
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Excellent project and time management skill
• Strong leadership skills and supervise experienced
• Good command in English
• Be able to work in Bangkok and Up-country
