Reservation (จองห้องพัก)

Responsibilities

• Manage room reservations and ensure accurate booking information
• Create and maintain reservation schedules to optimize room availability
• Check emails regularly to respond promptly to reservation inquiries
• Organize and maintain reservation documents for easy reference
• Provide excellent customer service to assist guests with booking inquiries

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems
