Project Management Executive (Data Labelling)

Responsibility:

• Collect and understand project requirements
• Plan project activities in collaboration with the team
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, work quality, and manpower allocation
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Facilitate communication and coordination between content moderators and other departments
• Create periodic reports and maintain project-related documents
• Develop and execute strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Contractor and Content Moderator Management:

• Recruit and train contractors and content moderators for project-specific tasks
• Monitor and evaluate contractors' and moderators' work performance to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
• Provide ongoing support and resources to content moderators to enhance their efficiency and accuracy
• Implement and enforce guidelines and policies for content moderation
• Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions with content moderators to maintain high performance and adherence to standards
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the labeling and moderation processes

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the labeling and moderation workflows
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in content moderation to apply innovative solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above (New graduates are welcome)
• Good at statistics or numbers
• Proficient in Excel will be an advantage
• Detailed, reliable, quick learner
• Good communication in English both verbal and written
