Job Description:
- Manage, control and maintain quality performance to meet Company Policy and Quality Objective.
- Manage, control and maintain the produced system in the stage of New Model and Mass Production.
- Overseeing and supervising the work flow of manufacturing, maintenance and quality functions in a safe environment.
- Solving problem, follow up the corrective action (Internal and External problem).
- Follow up the progressive of subordinator and also suggest them or make a decision for any trouble.
- Assisting in the decision-making of the management team concerning core business and key targets of produced.
- Other as assignment
Qualification:
- Male or female, age 35 years up.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Relate Field.
- Experience in a manufacturing production environment least 5 Years
- Knowledge of Drawing and measuring equipment.
- Knowledge of Quality Management System IATF16949.
- Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and computer literacy
- Demonstrated leadership, decision making, team work and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive Thinking / Interpersonal relations / Be able to work under pressure and timeline.
- Good command in English or Japanese language will be advantage.
- Experience in Automobile Industrial will be advantage.

Working Day and Holiday:
