Job Description

• Conduct data queries and analysis to identify gaps or size listings violations on platform
• Analyze trends and propose opportunities for policy, process, or detection improvement
• Organize data worksheets, set up requirements, and manage offline screening processes
• Work cross-functionally to collect and understand business needs and requirements
• Lead and manage internal sub-teams to achieve project deliverables

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in operational analyst role
• Basic knowledge in SQL is a must
• Advanced Excel skills is a must (Pivots and Vlookup)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and judgment skills
• Capability to work under pressure in a fast changing environment
• Effective communication and collaboration skills; spoken and written English required
• Ability to manage, own multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience in E-commerce is a plus
