IT System Support

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :

• Male/Female, age 26 and above.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical roles such as Network Engineering, Infrastructure Administration, or related systems.
• Knowledge in operating systems including Network, Windows, VMware, HCI, Firewall, Access Point Controller, Domain Controller (AD).
• Proficiency in SQL Database.
• Knowledge of IT Infrastructure (Basic Networking, Server, Storage, Virtualization, Web Server).
• Familiarity with IT Security.
• Understanding of Data Management tools such as Backup Software.

Focus on developing and improving information technology systems in line with the company's operational policies.

รายละเอียดงาน :

• Maintain and ensure the correctness of various Server and Network devices, including Switches, Access Points, Firewalls, as well as IT Infrastructure, IT Security, and Cybersecurity.
• Handle hardware, software, and internet-related tasks, including Data Center installation and upgrade for various company units within the group.
• Prepare configuration documents and other relevant reference documents.
