Greeter (Mandarin Speaker)

Key Accountabilities

• To greet and usher clients into the store or politely invite them to wait before the next available Sales Associate comes to the door to assist them
• To engage and interact with clients and create small conversations
• To monitor and observe the traffic within the store
• To assist with store support duties when required

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity from the retail or service industry
• A good command of the Chinese language is required.
• Well-groomed with a pleasant disposition
• Customer service oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Inquisitive mindset with the ability to engage
• Independent individual with strong decision-making skills
