Financial Planning & Analyst

Responsibilitie:

• Conducting budget & forecast, including short term predictions and long term forecast to ensure proper management decisions in all financial aspects.
• Forecast revenue and cost and other key initiatives for weekly, monthly and quarterly planning cycles.
• Conducting an overall and detailed ShopeeFood performance tracking.
• Analyzing and controlling costs and contribution margin analysis.
• Analyzing, developing, and coordinating the implementation of projects related to improving the company.
• Use strong personal skills to drive and coordinate with other departments to plan and execute
• Developing a cost tracking measure to ensure that cost is properly monitored.
• Coordinating with the Finance Accounting team and other teams to determine the feasibility and provide visibility of projects and business as usual.
• Developing financial reports that serve as supporting documents for finance accounting journal entries.
• Building presentations and reports to influence management and senior stakeholders, and enable data driven decision making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or other related fields.
• At least 3 years experience in financial analysis, technology firms, financial services or management consulting.
• MS Excel (Intermediate).
• Able to communicate in English (Reading & Writing).
• Statistics and Analytical thinking skills.
• Good logical thinking skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Have an open mind. Is adaptive to changes.
• A start-up attitude – willing to work hard to get things done.
• Confident in processing and analyzing complex data sets using Excel.
• Strong business acumen with experience using SQL is a plus.
• Having experiences working in a start-up or technology firm is a plus.
