Factory Sales Manager - Chachoengsao

Role & Responsibilities:

1 Maintain customer relationship and service

2 Customer order management, resolve and overcome order fulfillment issues with cross function department

3 Manage customer complaint and quality incident profoundly.

Be capable of liaising with departments concerned and accountable for the negotiation of commercial clauses

4 Participate general agreements or contracts related

5 Lead customer visit and visit customer

6 Review and manage account receivable

7 Make and review rolling forecast and weekly forecast

8 Implementing and coordinating product development projects

11 Coordinating and supervising the daily operations of single-function and cross-function level assignments

12 Gather customer’s information. Manage and enhance customer relationship

13 Assisting subordinate training and development with performance evaluation and feedback.

Requirement

1.Exellenet communicate in English. Chinese listening and speaking will be plus and to learn Thai listening and speaking will be necessary for the job.

2.Experienced in manufacturing / factory operation and management, automotive industry will be plus

3.Experienced in ERP system in operation and SAP will be plus

4.Familiar with Outlook / Word and good at Excel and Powerpoint presentation

5. Good skill of communication, coordination and negotiation for trouble solving capability
