Job Description

• Oversee physical expansion planning, ensuring organizational growth targets for 2024 and beyond are met.
• Lead project management efforts for new facility openings, including progress tracking, process optimization, and operational improvements.
• Manage the monthly network expansion plan, focusing on capacity utilization and cost efficiency.
• Track and report on performance against targets, with an emphasis on operational capacity and optimization.
• Conduct special projects such as lead time analysis, space utilization assessments, and capacity evaluations.
• Optimize the existing network using data-driven insights to improve efficiency, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
• Contribute to last-mile enhancement initiatives by analyzing capacity and developing strategies for operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related fields.
• 2-5 years of experience in business development, project management, or management consulting.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, and related software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Expertise in project management and timeline tracking.
