Responsibilities:
Execute category plan in store across channels as guided by CS&P Manager.
Ensure On time in full (OTIF) NPD, brand campaign launch into market with readiness in all touchpoints e.g. POSM, product on shelf availability and on time.
Track new product listings, pack transition and ensure availability and visibility in key stores.
Evaluate and review activities to improve execution gaps in future.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of in store activities.
Assist in tracking CSP budgets and ensuring accurate documentation of spend.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in job related field.
At least 1 years of trade marketing, customer development (sales), field sales execution, marketing activation in FMCG.
Experience in Food & Beverage category is a plus.
Good communication skills in Thai and English.
Resulted-oriented and organized.
Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
Collaborative mindset and team player.
