Familiarity with data protection laws, regulations, and industry compliance standards to ensure the organization's data practices align with legal requirements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and senior management, fostering a data-centric culture.
The ability to analyze complex data governance issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions to improve data governance processes and mitigate risks.
4-6 years of relevant experience
