Business Development Manager (New Initiative, Merchant Digital Solutions)

What you’ll Do:

• Grow the merchants digital solution products including mobile ordering, integrated payment and CRM, and other related products
• Develop business plan and strategic plan including business objective, segmentation and targeting, key tasks, goals and action plans
• Drive the business and product to achieve KPIs in terms of financial goals such as sales, revenue, profit and non-financial goals such as user acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
• Reinforce the growth and sustainability into the business through new innovation, product-market fit, new product and service development
• Develop the market, consumers and competitors analysis, catch up with business trends to identify new business opportunities
• Maintain relationship with partners and find new potential partners to enhance LINE MAN-Wongnai-LINE Pay business ecosystem

What you’ll Need:

• At least 3 years job experiences in business development or marketing fields
• Have an MBA degree in any related discipline preferred
• Have experience in restaurant or food-related business preferred
• Strong business senses and negotiation skills
• Understand P&L and financial report
• Able to build trust as well as maintain good relationship with partners
• Have good manner, strong ownership, commitment, accountability and responsibility
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proactive, Self-starter and self-learner
• Result-oriented with CAN DO attitude and growth mindset
• Work FAST and work SMART
