Maintain and develop professional relationships with prospects with the purpose of understanding and meeting the customers needs within the bounds of contracted scope.
Responsible for business development activities for prospects to support the business strategy defined by leadership.
Develops bid opportunities, prepares bid responses, participates in negotiating with potential customers and maintains customer relationships to win projects.
Identifies potential prospects to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services in order to create new client base and increase sales.
Educates prospects and advises the product line, addressing resistance in order to develop business.
Supports the management team representative on target accounts or territories.
Maintains personal pipeline and customer log and hunt for opportunities.
Requirements
University Degree and a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience in VRF sales
A people leader who is able to motivate and lead sales team to achieve sales target
Good relationship with building owners, developers and distributors
Good understanding of Thailand Vietnam market to formulate Go To Market strategy
