Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze the workflow related to new listing, information disclosure, and listed companies’ supervision, and present potential solutions to improve the efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance. This includes redesigning processes, automating processes, and proposing the application of digital technology to workflow operations
• Plan and implement system development which is in-house development. Collaborate with users to analyze needs, collect feedback, and collaborate with the IT development team / cross-functional team to gather and prepare requirements. Plan user acceptance testing (UAT), write test scripts, and test the system. Create relevant documentation including user manuals.
• Analyze data from both internal and external sources to generate reports or dashboards for financial analysis and operational performance evaluation, along with the scrutiny of key transactions of the listed companies. Engage in developing models or other predictive tools to enable in-depth data analysis.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Finance and Banking, Economics, Management, Statistics, or equivalent.
• Possess experience in Project Business Analysis or Change Management (CM) with an age not exceeding 32 years at the time of application submission.
• Knowledge and experience in the finance or banking industry will be given special consideration.
• Proficient in the English language.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Proficient communication and presentation skills.
