Assistant Wedding Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed wedding sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with wedding planners, travel agents, and potential clients.
• Conduct site visits and presentations, showcasing the resort's wedding venues and services.
• Negotiate and close wedding contracts, ensuring all details are addressed.
• Oversee the wedding planning process, working closely with couples to create their dream wedding.
• Manage a team of wedding coordinators (if applicable).
• Stay up-to-date on current wedding trends and ensure the resort's wedding offerings are competitive.
• Generate creative marketing initiatives to promote the resort's wedding services.
• Contribute to the overall success of the sales department by achieving revenue goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury hotel sales, preferably with a focus on weddings.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the wedding industry and current trends.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Thai, with additional languages a plus.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
