Assistant Sales Manager

Major Responsibility

• Responsible for achieving sales targets within Territories.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing sales performance
• Drive channels activities by implementing sales strategies and tactics
• Exploring market and customer opportunities
• Maintaining good relationships or networks (among customers, external, internal and related parties).
• Follow up the individual and collective performance
• Focus on driving the sales by training / coaching and working with the teams
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and planning concepts to the Management

Job Specification

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing or related filed
• Experience in sales or marketing.
• Self-motivated and Proactive leader with strong people management and highly independent
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Able to coach/train and manage Sales Team
• Good personality and high responsibility
• Good command in English both written and speaking
• Good in MS office (Excel and Power Point)
