What you will do

• Plan and execute collection strategies to drive collection performance and optimize expenses through digital and non-digital collection channels
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations of collection agents and other collection tasks such as loan restructuring, litigation and NPL sales
• Monitor collection performance from each channel, analyze, and propose actions to achieve target
• Use data-driven approach to perform an ad-hoc analysis to diagnose and troubleshoot performance
• Forecast and track collection expenses to ensure that expenses are within the budget

What we are looking for

​

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s in business, finance, or related fields
• 3 - 5 years of experience in collection or consulting roles
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Data-driven, scientific and experimentation mindset 
• Comfortable in a fast-­paced environment, subject to rapid change and innovation
• Confident in decision-making, providing concise, clear, direct communication at all levels 
• Strong ability to work with full autonomy and little direct oversight
