Infrastructure Solutions Manager

Responsibilities:

Presales Support:

• Collaborate with the sales and BU team to understand client requirements, objectives, and pain points.
• Develop and present technical solutions and proposals to meet client needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and/or proof of concepts (POCs) to showcase the capabilities of our application solutions, if required.
• Assist in the creation of proposals, including technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and pricing.

Solution Design:

• Architect end-to-end infrastructure solutions based on customer requirements, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Design scalable, reliable, and cost-effective infrastructure architectures, or legacy infrastructure architectures, that align with client goals and business objectives.
• Evaluate and recommend hardware, software, and cloud services to optimize performance, security, and efficiency.

Technical Expertise:

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to infrastructure architecture and design.
• Background with legacy infrastructure technologies and architecture
• Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on infrastructure modernization, consolidation, and optimization.

Others

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, collaboration, and trust. And Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
• Cross Functional: Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of infrastructure solutions. Also, work with project managers to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, design, and implementation.
• Proven track record in presales support, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud computing.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Thai native speaker with strong communication in English both written and reading
• Available to onsite with the customer locations.
