Main responsibilities:
- In line with Workplace Experience regional strategy, define & implement Workplace Experience policies for the Thailand
- Optimize Workplace Experience & Real Estate budgets in Thailand, ensuring consistency with regional cost allocations and policies
- Ensure the workplace environment in each site is compliant with local legal and professional policies as well as Sanofi HSE objectives, including Sustainability, Accessibility and Wellbeing
- Ensure implementation of Digital Tools when necessary for good functioning of the sites (Access Control, Appy, Qualipso, BMS, etc.)
- Negotiate, align & manage services with External Service Providers, in line with any applicable MSA
- Implement, monitor & report KPI’s & follow up on efficiency of implemented processes, service provider optimizations, strategic objectives and customer satisfaction (Workplace Experience Analytics Dashboard, Customer Surveys, etc.)
- Perform regular site audits to ensure compliance and propose improvement plans for all deviations, including undertaking Root Cause Analysis and After-Action Reviews as applicable
- Manage complex projects within the Workplace, HSE & Security scopes, as well as providing support and coordination as required
- Manage the relationships with key Stakeholders and Functional Partners for Workplace topics
- Oversee Hospitality Services (HS) coordination, managing data collection on the utility of services, adapting site services as appropriate, and managing escalations as applicable
- Monitor Resident Feedback and Satisfaction levels, addressing issues and reporting performance as part of Business Reviews
- Ensure the Sanofi Hospitality Attitude is embodied by all members of the Workplace Experience Teams (providers and internal collaborators) and works with the IWX/IHS partner to resolve anomalies, with escalations to the Head of Workplace Experience, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore as required; to include ensuring that all Workplace Experience Team members are appropriately trained and coached to deliver as part of the Sanofi Hospitality Culture
- Make certain that Fostering Community Events are organised regularly for each site, as part of Events and Community Management, and track relevant Event Management metrics that are reported to the Regional Team in Business Reviews
- Lead the Workplace Experience organization in the Thailand by creating a culture of cooperation, collaboration and teamwork across the Workplace Experience country teams and ensure a smooth interface with the relevant Stakeholders and Functional Partners within Sanofi
- Bring support to the local Workplace Experience Team to ensure people development and talent growth, to build a strong and professional team in the country, including Teams from External Service Providers
- Implement Records and Information Management (RiM) Policies and actions locally, in line with regional guidelines and directives
Health, Safety and Environment
Cooperate with Management to:
- Provide and maintain systems of work, along with working environments that are safe and without risks to health, together with promoting wellness
- Provide the information, instruction, training and supervision necessary to ensure the health and safety of Residents
- Consult with Residents about OHS matters so that they can contribute to decisions affecting their health, safety and wellbeing
- Ensure the health and safety of people visiting or working who are not employees by not exposing them to risk
- Comply with corporate and legal health & safety and environmental requirements
- Identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviours and immediately notify the Manager of any serious incidents; complete an Incident / Injury Report and forward to People & Culture (HR) within 48 hours where necessary
- Undertake duties in accordance with the current Sanofi Policies and Procedures
- Report non-conformance in accordance with the requirements of the Sanofi quality system
About You
- At least 8+years of experience in managing office facilities for multi-national corporations or within the Hospitality Industry, or as Cabin Crew in a reputable International Airline
- University Degree in Business Administration, Facilities or Hospitality Management, or related field; or Professional Qualifications in Hospitality or Facilities Management
- Certification in Facility Management or Environmental Management
- Hospitality Mindset & Service Oriented
- Experience in managing and working within a multi-cultural team
- Stakeholder Management Experience
- Experience in office restacking projects
- Good Communication Skills
- English Fluency, spoken and written
- Ability to think strategically and at the same time ensure a hands-on approach
- Change Agent - Ability to shape culture and to motivate a large group of people to work towards a common goal
