Sourcing deals for VC investment and perform initial review of business opportunities and present viable opportunities to Project Meeting and Governance Body for consideration.
Design investment process and portfolio investment companies of KVision.
Partner closely with local VC, fintech and startup team to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to the pipeline of innovative ideas and solution providers.
Analyze business synergy and investment feasibility and proposal.
Prepare investment proposal for investment committee.
Manage end-to-end VC investment transaction: negotiation, investment terms and conditions.
Monitor post-investment performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor/Master’s Degree in MBA, Business Administration, Economics, Technology related degree, or related fields
Working experience in financial institutions, Investment, banking industry or business consulting firm, entrepreneurs, or start-ups with strong know-how of M&A investment and VC Investment field
Advanced analytical, financial analysis, and interpersonal skills
Excellent collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills
