Role and Responsibilities :

• Oversees and supervise teams to provide excellent customer service and experience.

• Lead the team by example and be able to demonstrate the high-performance culture mindset.

• Coaching and training to improve subordinates’ skill sets.

• Determine the most appropriate solutions to problems and take action when there is discipline.

• To monitor and assess staffs’ demeanor, technical accuracy, negotiating skills and customer satisfaction to conform the company policies and procedure.

• To work closely with Agents and ASD management to develop and increase customers’ satisfaction, resolve customers’ complaint, and getting positive feedbacks from customers since the 1st touch point along the way of customers’ journey

Qualification

• Required minimum of vocational dimploma or bachelor degree and above

• More than 2 years experience in supervisor roles

• Have a positive can-do attitude, flexible to accommodate the needs of our customers and team

• Communicate effectively and professionally with others, from customers to fellow advocates.
