Key responsibilities
As a Tuk Tuk Hop Customer Service & Operation : (Part-Time: 2 days a week) , you will work with the Business, Operations, Marketing and Product teams to deliver great experiences to tourists. Your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Understand Tourists and create an adapted product market fit
- Drive customer satisfaction, revenue and manage cost
- Work with partners (B2B) to build and maintain good relationships that lead to sales
- Work with the business and operation team to translate strategies into action plans
- Actively initiate and propose improvements to the team and operating procedure
- Support the company in other different roles as needed in an early stage company
Qualifications
- Willing to learn and challenge yourself
- Entrepreneurial spirit, make things happen, take risks, quick learner
- Having experiences in management & operation will be beneficial, but not required
- Good people and communication skill
- Passion in tourism
- Drive for improvements
- Great command in English
- Preferred at least bachelor degree
