TSP Key Account Management (TIKTOK OPERATION TEAM)

Responsibilities:

- Planning Live stream with one or multiple TikTok Shop Partner(TSP);

- To ensure Live Stream performance (GMV, CTR, C_O, etc);

- Coordinate with internal team for Live Stream artwork (if needed), PDP frame

- Be the middle person between TikTok platform and TSP, to ensure information are

shared between parties and communicated via live stream;

- Bi-weekly performance review with TSP(s) on past performance and how to improve

Live Stream performance to achieve GMV target;

- Research & Monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares) and adapt/apply work

to be the most efficient;

- To ensure the live stream quality are up to standard of Konvy’s branding, included

but not limited to Host’s tone of voice, overall style, presentation style,

engagement, live stream room set up;

- To be able to arrange Live stream, provide live stream strategy should Konvy decide

to expand the live stream to inhouse operation;

- Able to train team members for live stream operation, OBS set up and guiding a

successful live stream;

- Able to design product promotion specifically for Live Stream to increase sales or to

add on selling point for live stream;

- Set up LSA or VSA (with TikTok ads) and monitor Live Stream performance; weekly

internal review shall be conducted to ensure the performance of the Ads group.

- Align short video strategy with Live stream to maximize GMV performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economic, or Management Studies.

- Able to communicate in English & Thai. Chinese would be a Plus.

- Prefer to have at least 1-2 years experience in Social Commerce (preferably in TikTok

Shop) and have experience in Live Stream operation for TikTok Shop.

- Have experience in TikTok ads and have good understanding of set up and matching

Ads strategy with Live stream or short video content (LSA & VSA).

- Catch up current trends especially beauty trends.

- Positive and can do attitude.

- Good personality, easy to make friends with others.
