Your responsibilities within each department may include:
Commercial & Technical Training:
- Monitor Learning Requests from the markets and ensuring they are raised to the relevant trainers attention for scheduling
- Support with training data management in the CNH Learning Management System
- Consolidate actual Training performance for reporting and planning purposes
- Provide letters of invitation and other logistical support (hotels, transfers and meals)
Brand Communications:
- Support Social media and digital marketing report preparation
- Light level website and social media content management, graphic design and video editing
- Systems support, particularly with Digital Asset Management systems
- Support the creation of marketing materials, including but not limited to, brochures, videos, and digital content
- Financial Administration including monthly tracking of department budget, Raise/GRN purchase orders for the department, work with purchasing to source new Vendors when needed
- General administration, event coordination and ad hoc tasks as required by the wider Brand and Commercial Services team
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team across diverse professional, cultural and language backgrounds
- Good level of computer literacy
- Experience in or exposure to graphic design, editing, data management, website CMS, CRM, or finance platforms will be an advantage
- Asian language experience is a bonus
