Manage sales within the designated area to achieve predefined targets.
Ensure adherence to company standards in customer interactions and service.
Effectively communicate pertinent information to the branch for goal attainment, while analyzing and resolving workflow issues for enhanced efficiency.
Drive sales initiatives to meet targets, expand product offerings, and grow the customer base. Oversee receivables and facilitate timely collection of payments from customers.
Follow up on customer orders every day and resolve problems immediately upon ordering. Including the results of customer payment for products in accordance with the conditions agreed upon with the company.
Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Individuals aged 22 years old and over.
Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or higher level of education.
5 years or more of relevant work experience.
Prior experience in the cosmetics industry is advantageous.
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills with clients or customers.
Hold a valid driver's license and owns a personal vehicle, with the ability to drive proficiently.
