As a fresh graduate in our Service Sales role, you will engage with customers, identify and manage opportunities, and secure deals to contribute to KONE’s profitability.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture customer relationships within your assigned area.
- Promote KONE’s position within your customer base or market area.
- Generate and share leads and sales opportunities with the KONE sales team (e.g., cross-selling).
- Collaborate with the KONE team to ensure customer satisfaction and address complaints.
- Maintain and document customer contact information and data.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Manage leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure order contents align with negotiation outcomes, including terms and conditions, quality, and safety.
- Keep comprehensive records of opportunities, tasks, and visits.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting.
- Support the finance team with payment collection.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Thai.
- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the sales function.
