To synchronize Brand strategy and channel strategy into the execution in stores, Develops, aligns, and implement Channel/Trade Marketing plans to ensure company and category objectives are achieved by translating the overall category strategies for all trade channels to achieve business plan, distribution, and merchandising targets.
Lead business analysis and development of annual coordinated marketing campaign/promotion/festive campaigns based on strong understanding of consumer, shopper, and eye care professional insights to grow the retail channel and to and build strong leadership.
Work cross functionally to prepare Customer JBP and work with the sales team to present and align with the customers.
Lead store profiling analysis, handle stores segmentation and develop plan to grow the store share.
Be responsible for the planning and implementing of in-store executions including in-store branding, POSM creation and distribution, and communication tools to support sales team.
Quantify, Identify, and build Big Bet campaigns that synchronize with the Marketing strategy.
Work with Brand manager to handle price setting for New Product launches by thorough benchmarking of competitiveness.
To do volume forecast on new product initiative, new product development, and monthly close estimate by brand.
Regularly conducting competitor benchmarking and agile working to build competitor activities.
Ability to independently lead projects by connecting with cross functional teams to achieve strategic key account goals, including Consumer Roadshow.
Coordinate and supervise the budget for trade spend with account manager/executive by balancing between brand strategies and channel strategies
Working closely with CSR team to run sample management for store
Support agency to feedback customers questions from across platforms to improve consumer experiences with brand.
Qualifications:
University educated in business or related subject areas.
At least 5 years of trade marketing management experience gained preferably from a reputable personal care/ OTC industry.
Insights driven with consumer needs and retail business requirements.
Good Big Picture Orientation with attention to details.
Having Growth Mindset, Analytical & strategic, great teammate, self-confident, Openminded, proficient in spoken and written English.
