Design and implement operational process for both internal and all counterparties along value chain.
Work closely with RM to undertake customer understanding and business practice of local clients from AEC countries to address customer pain point and obstacles as part of product design and development.
Analyze data from different source and evaluate potential business volume versus potential cost.
Prepare presentation for new product/chain proposed to seek approval from management team.
Enhance project management skills by follow up work in progress and resolve pending task to complete project within agreed timeline.
Launch new product and communicate to all related parties, setup training session to equip product knowledge to sales and operation teams.
Perform portfolio management and performance monitoring with preventive solution to improve overall portfolio quality.
Documented and published product manual/operational process and all related documentations for new product launch or any adjustments.
Facilitate sales team on pitching and onboarding process to ensure overall target achievement and efficiency of the sales operations
Qualifications:
Bachelor/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
Working experience in transactional banking field
Strong Trade Finance product development skills and well understanding of banking products
Good project management and analytical skills with strong logical thinking
