Technology PMO

Job Description:

• Being Project Portfolio Management Process Owner by ensuring process has been set up and apply in technology group.
• Prepare monthly dashboard on project portfolio by reporting status (Key progress, Key Risk and Key Issues, Budget Spending)
• Collaborate with senior management to summarize resource planning and utilization
• Collaborate with group and align way of work.

Qualification:

• At least 5 Years experience in system and software develop project preferred in banking or financial industries.
• At least 3 years’ experience in PMO position
• Preferred Prince II and PMI certified
• Have experience in various types of project life cycle such as agile, waterfall and etc.
• Have experience as project manager is preferred.
• Flexibility and be able to work under pressure.
• Strong problem solving
