Team Leader - Guest Experience
Summary
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader- Guest Experience is responsible to assist the Assistant Manager - Guest Experience in planning, organizing and monitoring all Guest Experience and Front Office operation and administration of the resort.
