Implement talent assessment, summarize and analyze assessment result to define key talent and propose to calibration.
Develop Key Talent and Successor through effective IDP and monitor gap closing by working closely with People Caring Business Partner.
Collaborate with Learning Support & Learning Architect team to analyze functional and leadership competency gap for providing development solution program (Based on 70 20 10 Model) to align with organization strategy & direction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Political Science, Social Science or related with experienced in HRD is a must at least 2 years of working experience. (Required G.P.A. > 2.70).
Good command of English (TOEIC at least 550/IELTS at least 4.0/TOEFL at least 31).
Knowledge of HRD, HRM Process & System and Learning and Development.
Have a skill of Logical & Conceptual thinking
