System Support Engineer

Position Details

Responsibilities:


  • Responsibility for day-to-day customer support
  • Direct contact with customer (working onsite)
  • System problem diagnostic
  • Cooperation with developers team
  • Transfer of knowledge and information between company and customer

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science/engineering or related fields,
  • Technical background and knowledge of Bash, Unix/Linux Shell Scripting, Atlassian Confluence,
  • Basic knowledge of JIRA, Jira Service Desk
  • Excellent language skills – English and Thai required,
  • Demonstrated ability of strong customer relationship skills, problem resolution and improved efficiencies and productivity
  • Involvement, responsibility, accuracy, scrupulousness, timeliness, interpersonal skills
