Role purpose
- To ensure daily production targets are achieved and supervise smoothest in site logistical flow and effective receipts & storage and disbursement of incoming materials and chemicals.
- To ensure the storage of the materials and chemicals. And accountable for all activities relating to receive and storage of goods, disbursement of materials and chemicals, stock control, transportation, warehousing, budgeting and inventory management.
- The ensure structures are in place to monitor the flow of materials and chemicals.
- To achieve customer service at agreed QUOTIF level and agreed FEFO standard.
- To ensure the traffic management on site to efficiency.
Accountabilities
- Ensure that workings are compliance with HSE&Q standard and policy(ISO9001/14001/45001)
- Control subordinate follow that workings are compliance with HSE&Q standard and policy(ISO9001/14001/45001)
- Effective control on receiving / storage / distribution of materials and chemicals with good condition and correct quality following FIFO system.
- Conduct on distribution to deliver the materials and chemicals to production line and with agree quality on time infull (QUOTIF).
- Verify effective completion of activities related to incoming materials and chemicals to ensure the correct quantity has been received along with documentation.
- Ensure handling and storage of incoming materials and chemicals is in compliance with Works Procedure in order to prevent product damage or deterioration.
- Conduct physical stock check to ensure stock records are accurate and redundant and slow moving stock is action.
- Ensure outgoing materials are in accordance with outbound delivery to supply site.
- Review non-conformance reports and investigate corrective actions in order to ensure quality, HSE and functional equipment within Store area.
- Review and improve WP/WI in the Store area in order to continuously improve efficiency.
- Manage & motivate subordinate to achieve high work standards and maintain standard operation, Admin/HR discipline of the team working.
- Control subordinate follow to work procedure and work instruction.
- Manage & Control vendor and supplier follow that workings are compliance and standards Syngenta
- Control material equipment of Store to ensure smoothly work flow.
- Co-ordinate internally and externally i.e. vendor, supplier in relation to job responsible.
- Participate effectively in SOX compliance under SAP module.
- Control subordinate follow the work instruction to SOX compliance.
- Ensure Goods Receipt and Goods Issue in SAP to correct.
- To ensure that invoice a Goods receipt from customer send to Account Dept.
- Make to Distribution monthly and ROP Report.
- Propose and lead control spending.
- To propose date and lead annual physical inventory count.
- Deputy (Backup) HSE element owner CoP of Logistics, Stores and Warehouses to support and assist HSE Element owner in successfully implementing elements of HSE CoP System and Regulatory Compliance. Develop self to learn HSE elements. Take responsibility and ownership of HSE Elements as a backup when the HSE element owner is unavailable..
Qualifications
Critical knowledge
- Certificate or Bachelor degree in any fields.
- Computer & English literacy.
- Basic Knowledge of Warehouse & Distribution management

- Experience in manufacturing & supply management in achieving of customers satisfaction with cost effectiveness.
Critical Technical, Professional And Personal Capabilities
- Management skill in Store (including logistics & Supply Chain) to deliver and develop of cost effectiveness, responsiveness, and good service level.
- Effective interpersonal & communication skills to supporting function as well as co-ordination specifically in accounting, purchasing, administrative, and HR to achieve meet strategy, Efficiency, and services.
- Knowledge of the safety and legal procedures for handling and receiving goods.
- Knowledge of Maritime Transport of Dangerous Goods.
- Knowledge of Road Transport of Dangerous Goods.
