Manage, monitor, and provide guidance to subordinates to ensure efficient work execution.
Coordinate and collaborate with the international sales team (Trade) to develop sales forecasts.
Analyze and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plan opportunities and risks, broken down by factories and production lines, aligning them with budget, forecasts, and orders.
Manage order management jointly with the Supply and Customer Service teams and prepare monthly sales summary reports.
Convene internal meetings within the Global Supply Chain team to update the overall situation, including figures and additional sales opportunities.
Measure, analyze, and improve sales forecast accuracy, categorized by sales channels and products.
Collect sales data for the following year's budgeting (Y+1 and beyond).
Organize Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and SOP meetings with the sales team and factory teams to discuss market conditions by country, product demand, and future production capacity.
Plan product production orders to align with customer demand and factory production capacity.
Assess and analyze production capacity jointly with the Demand Planning and Customer Service teams for short, medium, and long-term periods, segmented by factories and production lines, in line with budget, forecasts, and orders.
Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure they are appropriate and ready for delivery.
Monitor and report excess inventory quantities, both in terms of quantity and shelf life, by collaborating with the sales team to push for product clearance.
Drive and track on-time and in-full product deliveries, meeting customer-defined quantities and deadlines at the targeted cost.
Lead special projects (e.g., OKRs, product sales growth).
Lead the team driving the organization's digital transformation for automated operations (e.g., JDA, BCG, SAP Implementation) and simplifying organizational processes (Process Simplification).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any related field.
At least 10 years of experience working in logistics or supply chain management.
Practical knowledge of production planning, logistics and inventory management.
Ability to identify, anticipate, negotiate supply commitment from each plant and vendor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
