Coordinate with customers for forecast, PO, delivery plan, delivery date and customer issues
Work with Oracle system.
Execute reliable and timely delivery together with complete document to customers
Monitor local transport service in term of service, time and cost
Coordinate with production team for production plan and delivery date.
Coordinate with Technician /QC and production / Sales in case of quality problem in order to communicate to customer.
Coordinate with warehouse team and accounting team for delivery and document related.
Work with sales team about pricing and quotation.
Other job as assigned.
Ad-hoc problems which can happen to customers concerning to delivery time, proper quantity on PO, the prices….to reduce difficulty and complaint from customers to a minimum.
Responds to questions and concerns from manager regarding CS operations, reports, performs research, and provides recommendations or opinions in timely manner.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Management or Logistics
Have experience in forwarder / logistics field / CS field.
Have at least 5 year working experience in international company
Be service-minded and have problem solving skill
Good at Microsoft Office.
Fast learner and adaptive.
Good communication in English and Chinese
Proactive and having sense of urgency
