Plan and prepare PR memo document for fulfillment or implement the stock replenishment according Demand forecasts for prevent OOS situation.
Tracking the company’s current inventory and maintaining enough inventory to meet demands without overstocking and OOS
Coordinating with OEM to ensure that they can meet delivery schedules , follow up the all documents and Resolve the problem issues. (e.g. delays in delivery either from external/internal factors, accidents)
Coordinating with all internal parties such as Inventory / Warehouse/ Transportation / Purchase / QC and ensure smooth operation to meet launch plan for both domestic and export Shipment.
Arranging incoming deliveries according to designated warehouse capability.
Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, Experience in Retail, Hypermarket, or FMCG is a plus.
Hard skills: MS Office (Word, Power Point, especially Excel)
Understanding of the supply chain process or planning, Strong communication skills
