To conduct the assigned audit project by following the Standard Audit Methodology of Allianz Group Audit
To perform audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting, including preparation of audit dashboard for submission to Group Audit
To register audit issue and assign reference number of each action plan in department share drive
To record audit work and related audit documents by using or uploading to TeamMate system
Follow-Up Process
To support the follow-up review, where required
To summarize the follow-up results after approved by CAE or Head of Internal Audit to close the audit issue for reporting to the relevant parties on a monthly basis
To update audit issues and latest audit recommendation actions implementation status in the Audit System
The Audit Committee (AC) Meeting Supports
To assist the Secretary of the AC to organize, schedule and prepare agenda of the AC Meeting
To support the Secretary of the AC and ensure that the Meeting is well organized and runs smoothly and efficiently
To support the preparation of AC papers and presentations
To coordinate with concerned division/ department to gather information for supporting the AC papers
To arranged the distribution of AC papers to AC members and concerned managements before the meeting date
Other Assignment (s)
To act as a Personal Assistance and provide supports to Country Head of Internal Audit
To support Country Head of Audit with committee membership-related tasks
To assist in the Audit Universe and Planning and audit tools (and aligned use in Thailand)
To assist in Reporting’s, i.e. quarterly report and others, if any and execute Functional Enablement Tasks (FE)
To support the execution of the Thailand Planning Dialog (PD) process
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing and related field.
At least 3 years of experience in internal auditing, consulting, accounting or other related fields in insurance or banking business
Nice to Have
Understanding of auditing, financial reporting, risk management and process
Knowledge of regulatory requirements
Knowledge of data analytics methods and tools
Experience with data analysis and visualization (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau)
Well knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and strongly English communication
