Senior Manager - Accounting

Main Responsibility

• Involvement in overall IFRS implementation including implementation of local accounting standards to ensure compliance with Company’s accounting policy, OIC’s regulation, and Thai Financial Reporting Standards.
• Work together with IFRS17 working team to support all local activities/ requirements from Head Office and regulators.
• Responsible for continuing to support the growth of the company with business process improvements, compliance with critical internal control and IFRSs/TFRSs.
• Prepare statutory financial reporting, group reports and other local reports.
• Compile and submit the annual tax report, including PND 50 and 51.
• Guarantee adherence to accounting principles, standards, company policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including auditors, OIC and Revenue Department to ensure accurate and punctual financial reporting.
• Provide guidance and foster the professional growth of the accounting team members.
• Support other adhoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or higher in Accounting field.
• At least 7 years of experience in Accounting, preferable in insurance business or audit big 4 would be advantage
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and standards, tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience in IFRS17 and LDTI implementation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advance skill Microsoft Excel and other relevant applications.
• Proactive, results-oriented and can-do attitude.
• Experience in multi-national company environment
• Good command of English (listening and writing).
